Synopsis:
A girl's journal of her journeys at a time of disarray and tumult in the world. Having had a bad childhood full of misery, she was at once taken with the idea of adventure, as opposed to being stuck with a husband and tied down like a puppet.
She meets some people at a Charm School and learns some skills that a normal woman of her time and place would not. This opens her up to the idea of freedom in her future. But soon she arrives home, and reality sinks in. There could be no adventure for a girl like her.
She was sadly mistaken. A band of robbers, somehow connected to her, led by a vengeful boy, soon visits her family, and murders her parents, leaving her alone with her brother in the world. She decides to join the robbers; bound by her word and honor, she could not knowingly betray them. She vowed to herself, she would find a way to even the score... However, the robber leader reveals himself to be more than she suspected.
His past is shrouded in mystery, his future motives hidden. All the while, the girl is wrapped up by his allure and darkness. Having been in the ranks of the robbers, the girl'e eyes were opened to the world. But soon, she begins to question her decision. How far does conscience run? And how much farther does honor run? Where is the point so far it surpasses the extent of both?

RULES & REGULATIONS
- Constructive Criticism: If you think something is bad, back it up. Don't exactly say, "YOU SUCK!" and leave it at that. Worse, don't condemn others, "You spell like a 2nd grayder," hypocrite. Please be nice.
- Be Respectful: This applies to both treating other readers and the authors nicely. Don't be rude to people with other viewpoints. Don't be tyrannical towards the author and blackmail them to change disagreeable endings. Don't make fun of anyone for what they write or say. AND NO PIRACY!!! Don't force us to make our stories private. We like keeping them public and availiable for anyone who's interested.
- Be Mindful: Authors may not post every nanosecond. Understand and respect that. People are busy nowadays. If you have an issue with that, go to the government and force them to ban homework. As a law.
- Praise (optional but encouraged): This is the biggest builder of self-esteem and self-reassurance that our authors receive. They are not PAID, so give them some props and help them on their way to professionalism and maybe one day they will be published, renowned authors. You never know =)
- Enjoy Your Time Here: No rush. No Pressure. This is for fun. With school today, pleasure reading is almost a forgotten memory. Let's bring it back.
